The Fleet Management Division (FMD) was established to bring ship management expertise in-house and oversee the Company's growing fleet.
Eastaway Singapore Established
Building on the foundation of the Fleet Management Division, Eastaway was established in Singapore as the Company's dedicated ship management arm.
Eastaway United Kingdom Established
Eastaway expanded its international footprint with the establishment of its UK office.

Chairman
Tim Hartnoll
Tim joined X-Press Feeders under the helm of Captain Chris Hartnoll in 1981 and took on the role of Managing Director in 1992. He worked with his father to build the X-Press Feeders that it is today. In 2020, Tim stepped back from the position of CEO to oversee X-Press Feeders as Chairman of the group.
Chief Executive Officer
Shmuel Yoskovitz
Prior to his time at X-Press Feeders, Shmuel was ZIM’s Financial Director for APAC in 2006, and thereafter, the Managing Director of GSL in 2008. Within 4 years, he took on the role of Vice President of Logistics, and later-on, Vice President of Business Processes at ZIM.
He joined the company in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer before stepping up in 2020 to become the Chief Executive Officer of X-Press Feeders, leading and driving the company's mission through strategic decision making.
Managing Director
Rajneesh Rana
Rajneesh Rana is a seasoned maritime executive and qualified Master Mariner with extensive experience in ship management, fleet operations, and organizational leadership. Following his seafaring career, he joined the MAESTRO Management Training Program of Maersk and went on to hold senior leadership roles within Maersk Tankers Marine Standards. He later served as Head of Ship Management at Evergas and subsequently as Managing Director of Seapeak Maritime Singapore. Since late 2025, Rajneesh has served as Managing Director, Eastaway, leading initiatives focused on operational excellence, fleet performance, and strategic growth.
